The Greatest Hits Walking tour starts at Yonge & Dundas Square. The address is: 1 Dundas St E, Toronto, ON M5B 2R8. The closest subway station is Dundas Station on Line 1 (Yellow on the Toronto subway maps). Closest parking is the parking garage located in the Eaton Center. Note: the tour ends at St. Lawrence Market.

Typically the tours will still run unless a thunderstorm or other extreme weather event is in the forecast. If you are unsure if your tour is running you can always message your host through the app you booked with (Airbnb or Viator). If your tour is going to be cancelled in those situations it will be cancelled an hour before the scheduled start time.

Yes. There is an official bathroom and snack break halfway through the tour where you will have a chance to use the washrooms. There are also washrooms available at the Oldest Post Office (second last stop on the Greatest Hits Walking Tour) and at the final stop (St. Lawrence Market).

Step by Step Tours allows a maximum of 10 guests for public tours and 12 guests for private tours. On average the group size is between 4-8 in peak season (May-Sept) and 2-4 in the "off" season.

Please message your host directly as soon as possible if you are running late for the tour. In order to be courteous to the other members on the tour the host may choose to start the introductions and first part of the tour while they wait for you. As other guests may have strict itineraries we do not delay the start by more than 15 minutes. However, the guide will try and message you and you are welcome to join part-way through the tour if they have to begin before you arrive. Once the tour begins the guide will have limited time to call or text you because they will need to focus on other guests in order to maintain a high quality experience.

The host will submit a refund request to Airbnb if the tour is cancelled and guests will recieve a full refund.

You can cancel your tour through the Airbnb (or Viator) app up to 24 hours before your tour begins. If you want to change days of the tour you can simply cancel the one you have booked and re-book for a new day.

Yes. This tour can accomodate if you plan on bringing a stroller for it. As a courtesy please message your host ahead of time so they can slightly modify the route.
